MB2 is one of the canals that may be found during root canal treatments of the upper molar teeth, also MB2 is one of the main challenges that faces the dentist because not all the molar teeth have mb2 also it may be present in the tooth being treated and be missed by the dentist, so it leads to failure in the endodontic treatment for such tooth.
